• No Employer-Employee Relationship: Use of our services does not create an employer-employee relationship or a guarantee of employment.
• Independent Judgment: The advice provided is based on the professional experience of the coach. However, you are responsible for how you apply this advice in your actual job applications and interviews.

3. User Obligations

By booking a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your professional background.
• Respect the scheduled time for sessions.
• Use the coaching materials provided solely for your personal career development.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos (such as the Interview Coach India logo), coaching frameworks, and proprietary preparation materials, is the intellectual property of Interview Coach India. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute our coaching sessions or materials without prior written consent.

5. Payments

Payments for all services must be made in advance through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay/UPI). Your booking is only confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interview Coach India and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to the failure to secure a specific job or career advancement.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session if a user exhibits unprofessional, abusive, or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. External Platforms

Our service involves the use of third-party platforms like Google Meet/Zoom, WhatsApp, and Razorpay. Your use of these platforms is also governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for technical failures or data practices of these external providers.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida
