I am Ashok Kumar, Founder of Interview Coach India and former Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India with over 34 years of leadership experience in structured evaluation, governance, and institutional decision-making.
During my tenure at the Reserve Bank of India, I worked closely with senior management and national-level committees, leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing structured evaluation processes across India.
Today, I help candidates prepare for interviews with clarity, structure, and executive-level thinking.
