Refund Policy

At Interview Coach India, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized coaching. Because our services involve dedicated time slots and personalized preparation, we have established the following policy:

  1. Booking and Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling: We understand that emergencies happen. You may reschedule a session at no extra cost if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
  • Late Rescheduling: Requests made within 24 hours of the session will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 20% of the session cost, or may be treated as a completed session at our discretion.
  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Service Not Yet Provided: If you wish to cancel your booking and request a refund, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. A full refund (minus any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway) will be processed.
  • Service Already Provided: Once a coaching session/ mock interview, or resume review has been completed, no refunds will be issued. We provide professional time and expertise, which cannot be “returned.”
  • Partial Refunds: For multi-session packages, if you decide to discontinue after the first session, a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused sessions will be provided.
  1. No-Shows

If you do not show up for a scheduled Google meet/Zoom/WhatsApp video call within 15 minutes of the start time without prior notice, the session will be considered “Completed” and no refund or free rescheduling will be provided.

  1. Technical Issues

If a session is interrupted or cannot take place due to a technical failure on our end (e.g., internet outage, power failure), we will offer a full reschedule at your convenience or a full refund. If the issue is on your end, we will do our best to accommodate a brief extension or reschedule, but this is not guaranteed.

  1. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (Razorpay/UPI) within 5–7 working days, as per the standard timelines of the payment gateway and banks.
